We booked to accommodate the family (2 sons, 2 daughters-in-law, 3 grandchildren) for a family wedding with the reception at Wyck Hill House. It proved a perfect base both for attending the reception and for a relatively rare whole family get together.
The younger generation have to work but we stayed on a few days enjoying the country around, including the Donnington Brewery which is run by a distant cousin.
The cottage is excellently appointed and roomy - it absorbed nine of us without difficulty. Thank you. |

We had a lovely time! It was great to have all the equipment, toys and fenced in yard for the 2yr old. The older kids loved it here too.
Well equipped kitchen, helpful & accommodating hosts, loads of maps and brochures and fantastic local walks.
